Q: What types of inflatables do you hire out?
A: We offer a wide range of inflatables including bouncy castles, slides, obstacle courses, soft play, inflatable games, and themed units for all ages – from toddlers to adults.

Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We deliver across many parts of the south west. Delivery areas may vary depending on your location and the size of your hire. Contact us or check our booking form to see if we cover your postcode.

Q: What are your delivery hours?
A: We operate 7 days a week. Delivery and collection times are usually between 7am and 8pm, but we're happy to accommodate special requests for specified items for evening parties if required. overnight hire is available for selected items at a small additional fee if it is a hire location in a secure area e.g. private garden.

Q: Are your inflatables safe and insured?
A yes we have £10 million public liability insurance

Q: Do you set up the inflatables for us?
A: Yes! Our team will deliver, set up, and secure the inflatable. We’ll also give you a safety briefing before leaving the unit in your care.

Q: Can the inflatables be used indoors or on hard surfaces?
A: Yes – all of our units can be used indoors or on real grass with the proper anchoring (sorry no artificial grass and we cannot set up on hard surfaces outside) . Let us know the surface type when booking so we can bring the right equipment.

🎉 Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book an inflatable?
A: You can book online through our website or by calling us directly. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends and holidays!

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we usually take a small deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day, either in cash or via card, depending on your preference.

Q: What if it rains or I need to cancel?
A: If bad weather makes it unsafe to set up (e.g. heavy rain or strong winds), we may have to cancel for safety reasons. We offer flexible rescheduling options.

🎂 Events & Extras

Q: Can I hire inflatables for birthday parties, school fairs, or corporate events?
A: Definitely! We cater to all types of events, including birthdays, school fun days, charity events, weddings, and corporate functions. We also offer packages with multiple inflatables and extras like generators or candy floss machines.

Q: Do you stay during the event to supervise?
A: For most private hires, we do not stay on-site unless supervision is specifically requested unless for a mechanical ride e.g. rodeo bull/sheep/reindeer, surf simulator, or total wipeout.

Q: Is there an age or weight limit?
A: Each inflatable has specific age and height guidelines. We’ll let you know the limits when booking and will also have them displayed on the unit.

Q: What happens if the inflatable gets damaged during the hire?
A: We understand accidents can happen. Please let us know immediately if there’s any damage. You will be liable for the repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Q: Do you supply power or do I need to provide it?
A: We require access to a standard UK plug socket as soon as we arrive as the team cannot start setting up until power is provided. If power is not available (e.g. at a park), we can supply a generator for an extra charge.
